About Me

A multi-medium aging artist and an underwater photographer, I retired from Florida to live on the beach in St. Croix, Virgin Islands. I am delighted with the island’s historic architecture, sunny skies, blue seas, and wonderful reefs. So now my days are full of gardening, painting, diving and snorkeling.

Although I primarily paint in watercolors, I recently dabbled in acrylics and apprenticed with some experienced mural painters. My latest efforts can be seen at St. Patrick's school and Bernie’s, both in Frederiksted. As an avid member of the Palletteers, I paint plein air weekly at different island locations. I also attend water-media workshops, both locally and abroad.

I have donated many of my paintings to local charities and my artwork has been exhibited at many island locations. I hope you enjoy the artwork and phtographs generated here in my new-found paradise. Namasté.

Coming to the end of the year, gives me cause to look at work completed. Much to my amazement I have accomplished a great deal and I am pleased with my effort. I sold 15-paintings from the Museum show and hoping to sell the rest of my rack at Starving Artist on Sunday. The following painting will be a real buy for this fabulous frame was purchased used from a Second Time Around Shop and I really don't want to refurbish it... Hope someone like this one being sold as is!!!!
